The five harmful elements in the rolled billet comply with the GB/T18254-2016 standard.
Main characteristics: It exhibits excellent heat resistance, wear resistance, and toughness. At elevated temperatures, it maintains good strength and hardness. Its thermal strength and tempering resistance surpass ordinary H13 materials. It also boasts good hardenability, red hardness, and plasticity. It can withstand substantial shear forces, compressive forces, bending forces, impact forces, and frictional forces.
Main Applications: Hot work die: aluminum alloy, copper alloy die-casting die, hot extrusion die, plastic mold, cold work die, used for manufacturing forging dies with high impact load, rolling mill rollers, blade steel, solar energy precision electronics, mechanical manufacturing hot shearing, etc.
Purity: Meets the requirements of ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 2, as well as the GB/T10561-2015 standard, or can be customized according to customer's technical standards.
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard in North America.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ420, or shaft diameters upon special request from φ420 to φ680mm, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 450mm, or production according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: spheroidizing annealing at 840℃-860℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤229.
Ultra-fine Grain Treatment: The microstructure meets the NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard or the GB/T1299-2014 qualification standard, with microstructures ranging from AS2 to AS5, band structures ranging from SA1 to SA4, and grain sizes meeting the GB/T6394-2002 standard, which is at least Grade 8.
