The five harmful elements in the rolled billet comply with the GB/T18254-2016 standard.

Main characteristics: High hardness, good wear resistance, good toughness, preventing cracking and chipping of molds. After nitriding treatment, a dense hardened layer structure can be obtained on the surface, significantly improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the workpiece. Good stability, with small deformation after heat treatment.

Main applications: precision stamping dies, precision cutting dies for wire cutting, and various stamping dies; tools for plastic deformation of difficult-to-machine materials; dies for cold forging, deep drawing, and thread rolling; forming rolls, punches, high-speed stamping punches, stainless steel plate punches, etc.

Purity: As required by the GB/T10561-2015 standard, or customized according to customer's technical standards.

Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 or GB/T10561-2015 standards.

Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm, [N] ≤ 120ppm

Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ400, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 400mm, or produced according to customer-specified dimensions.

Heat treatment: spheroidizing annealing at 860℃-880℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤255.

Ultra-fine processing: The organization meets the requirements of SEP1614 standard and SEP1520 technical standard.
