The five harmful elements in the roll billet comply with the GB/T18254-2016 standard.
Main characteristics: Extremely high wear resistance, a lifespan 3-4 times longer than that of ordinary high-speed steel, good red hardness (thermal hardness), the ability to maintain high hardness even under higher operating temperature conditions, high hardness after quenching, with a hardness of up to HRC60 or higher, as well as good toughness, excellent hardenability and thermal stability, and minimal deformation.
Main applications: Suitable for molds or tools with high precision and dimensional requirements, its high wear resistance makes it ideal for cold work molds, punching dies, drawing dies, powder metallurgy molds, high-speed cutting tools, hot extrusion dies, hot cutting knives, and wear-resistant components in high-temperature working environments.
Purity: As required by the GB/T10561-2015 standard, or customized according to customer's technical standards.
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard or GB/T10561-2015 standard.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ400, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 400mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: Refer to high-speed steel or high vanadium cold work die steel (such as: CPM10V, HAP40, ASP2053)
Spheroidizing annealing at 860℃-880℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤255.
Ultra-fine processing: The organization meets the requirements of SEP1614 standard and SEP1520 technical standard.
