Main characteristics: It possesses high temperature strength and hardness, excellent thermal fatigue resistance, with a thermal fatigue life approximately three times longer than that of 3Cr2W8V steel. It also exhibits high toughness and impact resistance, good wear resistance and tempering stability, minimal heat treatment deformation, and excellent comprehensive processing performance.
Main Applications: Large complex die-casting molds for aluminum, magnesium, and copper alloys, which can replace 3Cr2W8V, H13, etc., with a lifespan increased by over 30%. Used for hot forging, precision forging molds, large hot extrusion molds for aluminum profiles, copper tube piercing needles, extrusion pads, etc., as well as hot shearing and hot stamping tools; plastic and rubber molds, wear-resistant plates, and high-temperature tooling.
Purity: Complies with ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 1.0 standards and GB/T10561-2015 standard requirements, or customized according to customer technical standards.
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and North American NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard.
Gas Content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm, [N] ≤ 120ppm
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 600mm, and widths not exceeding 1300mm, or produced according to customer-specified dimensions.
Heat treatment: spheroidizing annealing at 840℃-860℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤229.
Ultra-fine Grain Treatment: The microstructure meets the NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard or GB/T1299-2014 qualification standard, with microstructures ranging from AS1 to AS4, band structures ranging from SA1 to SA3, and grain size meeting the GB/T6394-2002 standard, which is at least grade 8.
