The residual elements Ni+Cu are less than or equal to 0.50%. The harmful elements are in accordance with the GB/T 18254-2016 standard for high carbon bearing steel: AS is less than or equal to 0.040%, Pb is less than or equal to 0.0020%, Sb is less than or equal to 0.0050%, Sn is less than or equal to 0.0050%, Bi is less than or equal to 0.0005%, or AS + Sn + Sb is less than or equal to; 0.075%.

 

Main characteristics: Excellent machinability and polishing performance, high toughness and plasticity, good isotropic properties, high resistance to thermal cracking, excellent hardenability, good wear resistance at both high and low temperatures, good high-temperature strength and thermal fatigue resistance, minimal quenching deformation, and capability for multiple nitriding treatments.

Main applications: Die-casting molds for light alloy production, molds and mold inserts in steel forging, extrusion molds, mold supports and guide sleeves for heavy alloys, molding pressure molds for both light and heavy alloys, plastic molds (injection molds), etc.

Purity: Conforms to the standards of ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 1.0, as well as the requirements of GB/T10561-2015 standard, or customized according to customer's technical standards.

Microstructure: It meets the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard in North America.

Gas Content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm, [N] ≤ 120ppm

Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 600mm, and widths up to 1300mm, or produced according to customer-specified dimensions.

Heat treatment: spheroidizing annealing at 840℃-860℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤229.

Ultra-fine Grain Treatment: The microstructure meets the NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard or GB/T1299-2014 qualification standard, with microstructures ranging from AS1 to AS4, band structures ranging from SA1 to SA3, and grain size meeting the GB/T6394-2002 standard, with a grade of ≥8.
