Main characteristics: Chromium, nickel, molybdenum, alloy hot work tool steel, good hardenability, high low-temperature impact toughness and thermal fatigue strength, high tempering resistance, medium wear resistance, suitable for cold work die steel with good hardenability, suitable for surface treatment (such as chromium plating), good polishing performance.

Main applications: various large-sized forging dies, hammer forging dies, extrusion molds, hot forming molds, hot cutting blades, hot rolling rollers, hot stamping tools, and cold work die stamping molds in harsh environments.

Purity: Complies with ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 2 standards, and DIN 50602-K1 ≤ 30 standards, or customized according to customer technical standards.

Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and ASTM A388 qualification standard.

Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,

Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 600mm, and widths up to 1000mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.

Heat treatment: Annealing temperature 650℃-700℃, Brinell hardness HB≤248.

Pre-hardening heat treatment: Quenching at 830℃-900℃, achieving a hardness of HRC56-58, followed by tempering at 300℃-600℃, resulting in a hardness of HRC37-52
