Main characteristics: It is a mold steel for oil/gas quenching with high Ni content, maintaining excellent impact resistance and corner chipping resistance even under high toughness and hardness. It boasts high hardenability and dimensional stability, with compressive strength and bending strength close to 1.2379. The material purity is high, and it exhibits excellent polishing/mirror performance.

Main applications: Shearing and blanking tools for thick plates, heavy-duty high-toughness stamping dies, cold heading, cold extrusion, and cold forming molds; cold bending/roll forming rollers and inserts, hot forging inserts, etc., high-hardness, high-wear resistance, high compressive strength, and excellent polishing, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance mechanical parts.

Purity: It meets the requirements of ASTM E45 Method A, with A sulfides, B oxides, C silicates ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxides ≤ 2, and DIN 5062-K4 ≤ 30 standards, or can be customized according to customer standards.

Microstructure: It meets the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and NADCA#207-2022 qualification standard in North America.

Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,

Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 600mm, and widths up to 1300mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.

Heat treatment: spheroidizing annealing at 610℃-650℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤285, quenching at 840℃-870℃, and tempering according to actual application requirements, with hardness controllable at HRC50-54
