Main characteristics: High polishability, short grinding and polishing time, high hardenability, uniform microstructure and hardness distribution on the φ150 cross-section after air cooling quenching, good etching performance of pattern, simple heat treatment process, small deformation, deformation rate below 0.05%, good cold and hot workability and comprehensive mechanical properties, suitable for surface nitriding and ion strengthening treatment.
Main applications: Suitable for optical lenses, transparent products, bright-looking shell parts, and various molds for thermoplastic products with temperature below 400℃, hardness between HRC30-45, and mirror etching performance requirements.
Purity: Conforms to the requirements of ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 2 or DIN 50602-K1 ≤ 10 standards, or as per customer's standard requirements;
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and GB/T13298-2015 qualification standard.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bar φ100 to φ300, module thickness 100mm to 400mm, width ≤800mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: normal annealing at 640℃-660℃,
The solution treatment temperature is 820℃-880℃, with a hardness of HRC 30
Aging treatment temperature: 500℃, hardness HRC 40
