Main characteristics: High hardness and wear resistance, superior wear resistance to ordinary cold work steel, high impact toughness, excellent hardenability and dimensional stability, deformation after heat treatment ≤ ±0.05%, strong resistance to thermal softening, capable of working under alternating hot and cold conditions, medium cutting performance in the annealed hardness state.

Main Applications: Due to its excellent wear resistance and good toughness, it is suitable for manufacturing medium to high-load cold work molds such as punching and shearing molds, stamping molds, and cold heading molds. It can be applied to rolling dies, cutting tools, solid carbide drills, milling cutters, turning tools, saw blades, hot trimming dies within 500°C, hot forging dies, copper/aluminum forging die inserts, plastic molding, injection molds, and high abrasion powders.

Purity: Meets the requirements of GB/T10561-2015 standard, or customized according to customer's technical standards.

Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard or GB/T 6394-2017 qualification standard.

Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,

Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 600mm, and widths up to 1300mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.

Heat treatment: Annealing temperature: 760℃-850℃, Brinell hardness HB≤225. Spheroidizing annealing: heating at 780℃-810℃, isothermal stage at 680℃-700℃, hardness HB≤220

Ultra-fine processing: The organization meets the qualification standards of GB/T1299-2014 or the fifth-level diagram rating standards of GB/T18254, as well as the technical requirements of SEP1520 standard.
