Main characteristics: Excellent mechanical properties, good thermal stability, small dimensional deformation, high fatigue resistance limit, good low-temperature impact toughness, good hardenability, excellent matching of strength, plasticity, and toughness, moderate machinability,
Main applications: Used for low-pressure rotors of large steam turbines, engine rotors, crankshafts, high-strength and high-toughness air compressor impeller discs, gears, and heavy-duty transmission shafts. It can also be used for high-end power components and key parts of petrochemical equipment.
Purity: Complies with the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 and GB/T10561-2015 standards, or customized according to customer's technical standards.
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T13298-2015 and GB/T13299-1991 standards.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 20ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ400, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 400mm, and widths up to 1300mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: Softening and hydrogen diffusion annealing at 650-680℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤ 220.
Quenching at 860℃±10℃, followed by oil cooling to achieve a hardness of HRC≥52. Tempering at a temperature ranging from 560℃ to 600℃, maintaining the temperature for 3 hours before water cooling (rapid cooling to avoid secondary brittleness). The hardness after tempering is HRC23-32 (HB241-341).
