Main characteristics: Excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and toughness, good thermal fatigue resistance, uniform hardness, superior polishing performance, high mold surface precision, low impurity content, high purity, and good mirror polishing performance.
Main Applications: Used for molds requiring high corrosion resistance and mirror polishing, extrusion, blow molding, and calendering molds, such as for the molding of corrosive or highly filled engineering plastics like PVC and CP, die-casting and forging molds, food utensils and medical devices, as well as high corrosion-resistant mechanical parts.
Purity: Meets the requirements of ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 2, and DIN 5062-K1 ≤ 10 standards, or customized according to customer standards.
Microstructure: Conforms to the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and ASTM A388 qualification standard.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 25ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bar φ100 to φ600, module thickness 100mm to 500mm, width ≤1000mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: Softening annealing at 780℃-820℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤255,
Pre-hardening and tempering treatment: Quenching at 1000℃-1040℃, tempering at 600℃-700℃, with a hardness of HRC 30-36. Special requirements can be adjusted according to customer needs.
