Main characteristics: Better corrosion resistance than 1.2083, good machinability, good quenching stability and hardenability, high wear resistance. Low deformation rate, and additionally, high polishing performance and surface finish.
Main applications: Corrosion-resistant materials, such as PVC production molds, wear-resistant and filler molds, thermosetting plastic extrusion molds, long-life molds, such as disposable tableware, as well as the production of optical product components and medical device supplies.
Purity: Complies with ASTM E45 Method A: A sulfide, B oxide, C silicate ≤ 1.0, D spherical oxide ≤ 2 standards, and DIN 5062-K1 ≤ 10 standards, or customized according to customer standards.
Microstructure: Meet the requirements of GB/T1299-2014 standard and GB/T 13298-2015 qualification standard.
Gas content: [H] ≤ 1.5ppm, [O] ≤ 25ppm,
Specifications and Dimensions: Round bars ranging from φ100 to φ600, with module thicknesses from 100mm to 500mm, and widths up to 1000mm, or produced according to customer's standard dimensions.
Heat treatment: Softening annealing at 760℃-800℃, with Brinell hardness HB≤241,
Pre-hardening and tempering treatment: Quenching at 1000℃-1030℃, tempering at 250℃-570℃, with a hardness of HRC50-55. Special requirements can be adjusted according to customer needs.
